21.01.2022 Perhaps a better word than ‘manifestation’ is ‘match’ because that is what it actually is. It is you matching up your energy with the frequency of what you intend to create (manifest). Energy cannot be created or destroyed therefore this means that what you ask for already exists and all we need to do is resonate with the right frequency or emotion; in order to receive it. The most on-point and magical way to create is with awareness combined with a big open surrendered hear...t, feeling into your creation with a smile and a big loud YES! Opening your energy and immersing yourself with your most awakened senses- for me I feel things in my body. For you it may be - you have a vivid imagination. Or you may dream it, write it, paint it, sing it, nature it, move and shake it, breath it, think and intend it. It is an expanded aliveness that radiates out from you and the energy that matches it comes into contact and into your reality: manifestion occurs!
