Thought I’d share their upcoming campaign called #itsinthebag which starts November 22nd until December 7th. To get involved; choose a handbag you no longer use and fill it with items that would make a woman feel special. ... Essential items required are shampoo conditioner toothbrush toothpaste packet of pads or tampons roll on deodorant soap Write a thoughtful note and drop your special bag into a Bunnings collection point There are various charities that the Volunteers will then deliver your bag to for distribution to a woman in need. 12.01.2022 It’s nearly a new monthWhaaattt! Has April been a blur for you? TBH I had good intentions at the start of this year and when I look back on my goals, I haven’t just dropped off the perch I’ve fallen off the cliff!! Sooo, do ya wanna join in my self-care for a month challenge? . I’ve set myself a small (I mean tiny) achievable thing to do each day in May. You can make up your own list or use mine as a guide. 07.01.2022 Better than a vegemite sandwich Try this recipe Save this recipe for later WARM MIDDLE EASTERN CAULIFLOWER SALAD Ingredients: Half a cauliflower cut into florets... 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp turmeric 2 tablespoons pepitas 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds 2 tablespoon coconut oil 1 container (125g) Sun Rice Super grains Tri-blend (or similar) 3 tablespoons roasted chic peas Mint to garnish Method: Steam cauli until al-dente Meanwhile dry roast the spices and seeds in a fry pan Tip cauli and spice/seed blend into a large serving bowl. Turn off heat and melt the coconut oil in empty fry pan to pick up remaining dry spice mix on pan. Pour warmed oil over cauliflower Heat rice/quinoa in microwave as directed, add to the serving bowl.
