22.01.2022 I have been a bit unhappy after leaving Berwick,, but,, yesterday while mowing outside the gates, and along the roadside, a youngish woman stopped on her small motor bike and chatted. Hard to see what she looked like, with her helmet, and mask.,,but she commented that she saw old Ron with the wheelbarrow, feeding my neddies. She has offered to come here here to help with chores,, and tomorrow is the start. Woohoo,, how pleased I am.

19.01.2022 My ponies have had a long holiday and are wanting to work again.

13.01.2022 My farrier made me laugh yesterday. He had a busy day before Easter, so left his payments on the kitchen table while he had a shower. When he returned, his money was wet, so he asked his wife about it. She had disinfected it due to the virus. So, are you laundering my money, he asked.

09.01.2022 Though 20 years old now,, Freckles is still an amazing pony. He tried to scramble over the fence to the lush green grass, where the sprinklers work in the house yard. When he was stuck, he waited for me to free him. SO I had to let all of them in for a pick for a few hours.

02.01.2022 Owning animals is a mix of joy and sorrow. On Friday, my original spotty pony Chris died peacefully in his paddock, at age of 22. RIP CHRIS.
