25.01.2022 J was so happy visiting the library and explored lots of book today. He also popped in the playground on the way to Pams, and had fun engaging with the play equipment. He collected some leaves and brought them back for the leaf painting. Being out to the community provides children the chance to begin to recognise that they have a right to belong to many communities and groups.

24.01.2022 This week children celebrated Harmony Day by exploring the map and colouring the countries that related to their family background. We also looked at similarities and differences between us, and had fun creating art by tracing our hands and colouring it. Harmony week is a wonderful time to celebrate and raise childrens awareness and appreciation of the diverse culture around them. Innerwest Educators

17.01.2022 Ball pits provide children with a number of opportunities to foster learning. They strengthen their large and small muscles as they crawl, toss and throw the balls around. Its great for the infants developing their sensory skills as they crawl through the balls and feel calm. It also offers the children opportunities for social interaction and learning colours in a fun way!
