Panacea Pilates classes are a bit different, working in the 3D to challenge all the muscles of the body to give you more tone but strength all over. If you like it click the link in the bio to subscribe to classes. More classes are being added all the time. Quick 15minute workouts to get you moving while stuck at home.

A massive thank you to all the truly amazing people who come to the studio, without you the tough years like this one would seem pointless but getting to spend everyday with all of you make it the best! 06.01.2022 2020 the year of trying to find balance. But working on your balance at all ages is so important, improve proprioception and gain strength through ankles, knees, hips and the core. If you have had injuries to the ankle or knee using the wobble board is a great way to rehab but also prevent future injuries.

06.01.2022 A great full body exercise to help improve overall strength. If your looking to get back into exercise post Covid, Pilates is the perfect thing to get you moving again.

I’ve worked as quickly as possible to start getting these out so they are pretty rough videos but still packed full of awesome exercises. I will keeping adding workouts ASAP but just to get everyone started and keeping fit the first 4 are available. If you have any special requests for exercises or workouts you want let me know. If you have any troubles with it also just let me know. Otherwise have fun feel the burn and share with as many people as you can.

04.01.2022 Keeping range of motion and strength around previously injured areas is so important. Step ups are great for glute and quad strength for anyone who has had knee reconstructions or hip injuries that are at the point of building strength again and are pain free when loading the joint.
