25.01.2022 It’s been a great few days as we welcomed all our customers back inside! THANK YOU for your support! Here is Mack & his Mum at the Waterfront this morning. Panache is Mack’s favourite place to eat and he’s been counting down the days until he could treat himself to a crepe & raspberry spider again. We hope you enjoyed it buddy! Thanks for visiting

23.01.2022 An important update on our opening hours from Monday 1st June. Under the new guidelines, we are excited to have some of our stores open for both sit down and takeaway from tomorrow. The following stores will be open for customers to dine in, plus alfresco seating will also be available! This exciting step back to normality also means the return of our full menu! ... Waterfront 8am - 4pm Leopold 8am - 4pm Pakington St 8am - 4pm Queenscliff 9am - 4pm At this stage, our Waurn Ponds & Market Square cafes will remain closed. Hopefully we will reopen soon! In some sad news, our Belmont and Ryrie Street stores have closed permanently. It was with a heavy heart that we made the decision not to continue trading at these locations. We thank all of our loyal customers who have visited Belmont and Ryrie St over so many years

12.01.2022 We’re doing a few touch ups to Panache Waterfront so we’re serving coffees from Blis Ice Cream (two doors down) instead! Here until 4pm today & back 8am tomorrow. Back to normal on Sunday.
