21.01.2022 Gather the ingredients, your friends and make a batch of these Mylk chocolate cookies Recipe below Makes 26 cookies What you need. ... 120g vegan butter 180g coconut sugar 150g plain flour (gluten-free) 40g self-raising flour (gluten-free) 1 banana mashed 1tsp bi-carb soda 32g cocoa powder 1/4tsp salt 120g Pana Organic Mylk Chocolate, chopped Method Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Line baking trays with baking paper. In a bowl cream together butter and sugar. Add mashed banana. Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate and mix well. Fold through chopped chocolate pieces. Make 20-25g balls and slightly flatten on tray. Place evenly on trays. Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Share with friends and family (if you can!). See more

07.01.2022 Blondie Muffins with Raspberry + Hazelnut Made with the addition of White Hazelnut chunks, they’re filled with sweet raspberry and molten pools of white cacao and toasted hazelnuts. Recipe below Makes 12 What you’ll need 2 cups self raising flour (gluten free)... 1/2 tsp salt 1tsp bi-carb soda 160ml maple syrup 2 bananas (mashed) 60ml plant based milk 60g coconut oil 1tsp vanilla extract 80g Pana Organic White Hazelnut, chopped 120g raspberries (fresh or frozen) Method Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Line your muffin tray with foil or lightly grease with coconut oil. Place your flour in the bowl with bi-carb soda. Give it a mix. Melt your coconut oil. Place all the wet ingredients in with the flour and mix well together. Fold through chopped Pana Organic chocolate and raspberries. Fill your muffin tray moulds about halfway and place the tray in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Enjoy as a snack any time of day! See more
