19.01.2022 I’ve been hearing that some of my friends and acquaintances have been sneaking around connecting socially and ignoring the warnings and I want you to know that I had been doing the same thing, being a loyal and dedicated social butterfly(lol) BUT after seeing how dependent we all are for human contact including hand shakes and hugs, I’ve had to adjust! I meet so many wonderful people wherever I go that I needed to be more disciplined with not only doing elbow bumps and now to...tal isolation. I’ve come to realise the impact I have on my loved ones socially and at home and that I could be risking both, especially my household’s overall safety, mental and physical health but also their livelihood. So, not on my watch! We can still stay connected (please, at least check in with each other and let people know what they mean to you. At least it will show that you have some class and you’re not just some anonymous viral strain lol) and think of new ways of communicating your message with our family, friends and community. You don’t have to be rich to rule my world, just give what you got! Keep this jokes flowing Mr 30,141 Followers Let’s Comm Together! 19.01.2022 Most martial arts have a spiritual philosophy as their founding principles although some are simply used for combat, demonstration or sport! Tai Chi has the Tao, Karate has Shinto and Aikido has Zen Buddhism. As the lineage of Pancha Tanmantra led to Tibetan Buddhism and Chinese Kung Fu predating them by 1,500 years, it hence is well founded on Buddhist teachings. Here is a video of the late Chögyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche during his visit to Melbourne in 2013, where he introd...uces us to Dzogchen. This profound master was heavily criticised for revealing many Buddhist secret teachings for the sake of his devoted students and all sentient beings. A renowned and fear inspiring enlightened master who taught, translated and transmitted many profound teachings, notably the dakini teachings (aka sky dancers or feminine deities that are renowned primarily as devotional beings in nature). Dzogchen is the most secret and misunderstood yet commonly underestimated of all the yanas or paths and it's progression through all four turning of the wheels of the historical Buddha's teachings known as the Dharma. Many people do not realize that Pratyeka Buddha's did exist before and after the historical Buddha but during his teaching on earth he introduced more than 10,000 Buddhas after awaking many beings as he reverse engineering and documented his realisation of full enlightenment. The Dzogchen teachings explains some of the most oldest spiritual traditions on this planet. The 3 Jewels as he explains are the Buddha, Dharma & Sangha. Christianity has historically poorly attempted to translate this as The Father, The Holy Spirit and The Son which is known as the holy trinity as it's true meaning has been lost. In Buddhism, this is simply the teacher, teaching and students on the path seeking liberation. Metaphorically this is referred to as the Doctor, Medicine and Patient to heal our mental, emotional and spiritual afflictions. Listen to one of the most enlightened, loving and compassionate being of this era teach the correct view to realise our true nature.
