20.01.2022 While we are thrilled at the opportunity to reopen for dine in again this week, there are of course many things to achieve behind the scenes first. Because of our size and much awaited facade renovation Pancho will remain takeaway only for the next short while. However our kitchen garden and courtyard will be available to perch in from this Wednesday on, with all our breakfast, lunch, @wideopenroad.coffee and house made sweets on offer. Such a tricky time for all our fellow hospitality friends-but still our spirits are high. This beautiful artwork from @jessesmess on the way to greet you once we can open for dine in again.

19.01.2022 New to our expanding pantry store this week. House made togarashi. Made with toasted sesame, Korean chilli, dehydrated orange and wakame. Delicious on avocado toast, fried eggs and hot rice. We also have fresh dill and mustard pickle jars.

03.01.2022 As we start to finalise our shop repairs and refresh inside this week, we have made the decision to give our staff and family a little extra time to rest before Christmas holidays. We can’t wait to reopen on Wednesday the 30th of December- feeling rested with a new coffee machine, smiling mask free and no scaffolding in sight. Thanks as always for all of you that have stuck by us and our little shop, looking forward to what 2021 brings.

03.01.2022 Part of our small team here are Michael and Tiana. Tom and I are thankful daily for the wonderful group of people we work with, especially made more clear this year. Where the shop lacks in size we make up for in care, and we are counting down the days for when we can host our customers properly again. Until then our courtyard is open for takeaway meals while renovations out front continue.
