Caramelised gula melaka (palm sugar) with grated coconut layered with moist and spongy sponge. Top with buttercream on the outer and drizzle with caramelised gula melaka on top with toasted grated coconut on the side. Although the challenge of securing Pandan Leaves from suppliers each week, we do not look to use substitute ingredient such as frozen, essence etc. We only use fresh Pandan Leaves deliver from farm each week. ... Firstly, we are sad to announce that our Pandan Kaya Spread will be ‘retiring’ soon as we are heading into Summer. Our last pick up for Pandan Kaya will be on 12/12. Although our Pandan Kaya will be temporarily ‘retire’, we will be launching our new Summer product to replace Pandan kaya spread. Stay tuned, we will launch our new product very soon!!!! 02.01.2022 30/12/20 With lots of love, we’d like to introduce you our summer-limited Pandan Durian Layer Cake today. The ideal of launching this cake was from my little son. He specially requested to have a Pandan cake with durian for his 5th birthday. The cake with these two new combinations turned out surprisingly delectable. Consisting 3 layers of our popular Swiss roll sponge, perfectly stacked with another 2 layers of real durian pulp & aromatic Pandan jelly, covered with toasted... fluffy meringue.
