20.01.2022 Happy rainy Tuesday poochy pals! Been a busy couple of weeks! Just a little update for us. We have a two beautiful new residents in the house, including a little anxious pup named Poppy. ... If you see her when popping in and out she may say hi, or be scared and run out the door, don't be alarmed. She's just still adjusting to her new home. So many holiday pups staying soon, we are so excited! Safe travels to everyone going away this winter season. Any toilet accidents will be texted to owners on the Friday of each week. 19.01.2022 Happy Thursday Everyone, nearly there! Today is our last day with Beautiful Calvin, who we were lucky enough to have at the Panda residence for a huge number of 35 very warm, cuddly nights and 36 play packed days! Thank you so much to Liz Clark for trusting Kai and I with gorgeous Calvin once again. He has honestly been such a blessing to our home. 16.01.2022 PEEING/POOING CLAUS PLEASE READ Happy Thursday everybody! Panda had a wonderful rent inspection this week, and as part of it we had to get the carpets, rugs and sofas professionally cleaned for a second time. ... As this has set Panda back a scary amount, we need to now charge a toilet fee. On top of the day care fees there will be a $5 toilet fee for each time a pet is caught peeing/pooing inside and a $10 fee if it is on furniture or appliances. The dogs are toileted periodically throughout the day and this is usually monitored, but I've had too many in recent times that are still marking inside. They also still have access to the outside even if it is raining. Please make it your responsibility to toilet your dogs in the morning before they come into care for the day. As much as I love them all, this is still a home, and it needs to be kept sanitary. (This will be added to a new policy form which will be emailed out to everyone as soon as possible and will be required to be signed by each owner) Thank you so much for your cooperation everyone!
