12.01.2022 RUN4FUN COLOUR EXPLOSION ORDER PRIZES BEFORE THE CUTOFF OF 3PM THURSDAY 19TH NOVEMBER Thankyou for your wonderful fundraising efforts!! Please read the below to help with prize ordering and submitting any cash raised. If you did not create a profile online for your child/ren, you can still donate and order a prize ( if $10 or more is raised) by ensuring you complete the back page of the sponsorship form booklet . If you do not have a booklet you can collect one from the fr...ont office. Prizes must be ordered by 3pm on Thursday 19th November ( THIS WEEK) . You have three days left to order your prizes. After this date you will no longer be able to submit prizes, so get ordering. Please choose from one of the options below: Login to www.myprofilepage.com.au and follow the prompts by selecting the ORDER MY PRIZE button. If you raised funds online as well as cash, you can still submit your prize orders online, however please return any cash to the school in an envelope with your name and class, or by eft to GHPS P&C bsb: 306075 account:4166114 reference: RUN & child’s name If you have not created an online profile. Please complete the last page of the Sponsorship Form you received at the commencement of the fundraiser and return to the school for processing.
