Albeit a little different to normal. *We're still open Seven Days a week. ... *Saturday and Sunday we're offering sit-down structured flights of our wine (still fun and light, not too serious). Booking times limited to 12.pm, 1.00pm, 2.00pm, 3.00pm & 4.00pm only. *We only have the availability for 6 people to taste at any of the above time slots. This is split over a table of 4 and a table of 2. 16.01.2022 The Parellada (Pa-ra-yea-da). Another member of our Spanish LA CAPUTXETA (Catalan for Red Riding Hood) range. Fresh, lively and citrus driven. 15.01.2022 Friends within 25 km, we’re back for tastings and drinks everyday! It’s gonna be a little different though... but still heaps of fun. For everyone else, we’ll see you from the 9th! With tastings, we can have groups up to a maximum of 10 people seated for 30 minutes. Bookings preferred but if you want to test your luck this weekend, just pop in. Our tastings are every day from 11am till 4:30pm every half hour.... If you just want to enjoy a glass of that which ails you, we’ve limited tables just for this... again, if you want a guaranteed spot, book ahead. We've been getting small parcels of fruit from this vineyard in Kilmore for over ten years, but this newly released 2018 Browne's Block Pinot Noir will be the last one we make https://bit.ly/3pBETVq With a high concentration of fruit from the elevation of this vineyard, it's a fresh style Pinot Noir with lovely secondary savoury characters. This drop ages supremely well in bottle (just ask cousin Chris) but with two years under its belt already, it's drinking stupidly good right now too. And those star anise notes on the nose mean we highly recommend you smash it with some roast duck pancakes or char sui pork. Come into Healesville for a tasting now folks.

This little number is one of just 67 bottles released by independent bottler Duncan Taylor of Octave! Distilled in 2008, bottled in 2018, this Caol Ila has a peated nose with sea breeze-y notes, honey and leather.
