24.01.2022 changed my world this week! Fresh lemon myrtle leaf tea....... picked the leaves and brewed them in hot water for 5 minutes. Fresh and the best sleep you will ever have. Love that it is native bush food as well. Antioxidant, anti microbial and anti fungal. So simple and yet so many benefits. Try a soothing tea before you go to bed. Sweet dreams
23.01.2022 The perfect healthy filling for a filo pastry veggie roll. Grated pumpkin, garlic, onion, kale and silverbeet from the garden, a huge handful of fresh herbs, walnuts and currants. Boom!

20.01.2022 Caramel dates - these beauties are pitted and then filled with almond butter and a pecan. Eat them fresh or freeze them and as an extra treat melt some vegan dark chocolate and coat them. They are goooooood! Natural sugar, high in magnesium and also fibre. Perfect little clean treat and easy to make. But the disclaimer is......don’t eat too many as they are very nutrient dense. Enjoy
20.01.2022 So this just happened...... a lovely friend just gave me some portobello mushrooms so why not stuff them with a vegan kale and basil pesto and top it with cashew cheese and make a quick lentil tomato base with a hit of chilli. Boom! A totally balanced wholefood plant based meal covering protein, good fats, prebiotic fibre, complex carbs and most importantly hits the five star taste rating. Maybe a good glass of organic preservative free @tamburlaineorganicwines and it’s been a good day!
19.01.2022 Tiramisu.....raw, vegan, wholefood plant based, healthy and clean. It featured at my graduation at Veet’s vegan cooking school and also in my photo shoot today for focus mag! It’s going to be nieces birthday cake this week as well! This recipe is a keeper. I will put this one on my website soon! It’s got a real coffee zing to it as well.
19.01.2022 Sassy soup seeds. Dry roasted seeds with garlic, onion and some sassy spice to make them an interesting take on adult fairy sprinkles. They are just the crunch and sassy flavour to add to soups, salads and avo on toast. My nephew just used them this morning and this is his breakfast @coulslaww . Will be for sale on my website soon. Some nice protein, good fats and minerals as well just saying!
17.01.2022 Tomato & roast capsicum soup pimped up with my sassy soup seeds, vegan Parmesan and a dollop of fermented cashew cheese. Good for the immune, your gut, a cold night and rich in flavour.
17.01.2022 Brightly coloured fruits and vegetables are abundant with phytonutrients. As we roll into spring we will have even more to choose from. There are so many immune supporting qualities that we get from eating the rainbow which is very important at a time when we need to give our immune system the best support as possible. Not to mention all the beautiful flavours.
17.01.2022 My baby I made this beauty and just picked it. The taste......... I can’t even tell you pineapples are peaking at this time of year. Not only do they taste good but they have a digestive enzyme bromelain. This is particularly useful for helping break down proteins after eating them. But they are also anti inflammatory as well. 10.01.2022 What is this?.........edible dandelion from my garden! From root to stem these guys are the goods! Dandelion root is used for tea and is good for the liver. The root is edible and feeds the good bacteria in our gut. The leaves can be cooked or raw in salad and are a great digestive, high in iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamin A, E, K and folate. This plant is a little different to the weed that grows in our garden. I can feel a delicious salad coming on and I’m going to dehydrate the root to make a tea with it!

Perfect formula of combining Lean whole food plant based protein, complex carbs, whole grains, healthy fats, fermented veg, healthy crunch and dress it to impress with tahini or miso sauce. A completely balanced plant based meal, colourful, low fat, healthy and delicious. Theme them with a place of origin like Mexican, middle eastern, Japanese etc. that’s what’s on Pandora’s plate this week!
