08.01.2022 You know why we love chickpeas and faba beans so much? Because when they grow, they give back to the soil what wheat takes from it to grow. That means we can rotate between the two and keep the soil nourished and happy. 08.01.2022 When you stone mill grain into flour, you don't lose any of the goodness - the wheat stays whole, which makes it much more nourishing and much easier to digest. 07.01.2022 Well this is spiraling with control. Our spiral pasta is made with our home-grown, wholegrain stone-milled flour (just like all our shaped pastas).
07.01.2022 Just don't tie down anything to your roof racks with it.. Pangkarra's method of milling wholegrain to make this flour retain the 'whole' seed of the grain, including enzymes. These enzymes are known for aiding human digestion. That means no bloating or post-pasta fatigue.
