We are open Monday - Friday with staggered appointments to ensure patient safety. We have strict guidelines in place within our practice regarding infection control and distancing. All patients know not to attend our practice if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or been in contact with someone who has and our protocol involves screening/triaging all patients prior to their appointments. As a health care provider, we will continue to uphold our high standards of hygiene and infection control policies and procedures so please let your little ones know they may see some of us in protective masks. Our practice is closely monitoring the situation around COVID-19 and following the guidelines being constantly updated by health and government bodies, and we are currently operating. Although we have a shared space, we are taking every step to ensure that our practice is a clean and safe environment for you and our staff. 08.01.2022 LATEST UPDATE The team at Panoptic Vision hope you are all keeping well and calm as possible during this difficult time. While the government is making changes to social distancing on a regular basis, our intent is to continue to provide eyecare to community however we can responsibility. We will be closed except for emergencies until Monday 6th April when we plan to recommence with more regular staggered appointments to ensure patient safety. We will keep our patients up t...o date with any government enforced changes that may affect this. We have been keeping up to date with the daily COVID-19 pandemic changes and all staff gave undergone Infection Control Training as per Australian Government Dept of Health guidelines. We have strict guidelines in place within our practice regarding infection control and distancing. All patients know not to attend our practice if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or cold/flu like symptoms. As a part of the Medical Centre we will be screening all patients prior to their appointment. The Medical Centre itself are phone consulting and directives to attend specific COVID-19 testing centres.
