20.01.2022 RECALL This Bunny? ... Re-Bounding Rabbit Recidivist Returns ;-) Don't be fooled by his cute floppy ears and big eyes, Bunneary's not a heart breaker, he's a regular jailbreaking Houdini..... Since his original break for freedom and subsequent Wanted Posters being plastered around the North West of Panorama, Bunneary was recaptured. After a careful property perimeter perusal and subsequent sealing of exit points he was released into the garden. HOWEVER 'The Bun' went on The Run AGAIN. Crime scene investigators (aka 'The Family') established that he had escaped via an opening approximating the size of a RAT hole. However 'The Bun' was re-captured in the same vicinity as before and is now serving time in that notorious lock-up aka 'The Hutch'.

15.01.2022 SERVICE SA MITCHAM Won't CLOSE... ...It will simply MOVE ELSEWHERE With all the Media Frenzy around the Parafield, Peppers and Pizza COVID Cluster Flurry this The Advertiser article almost went un-noticed.... The Prospect, Mitcham and Modbury Service SA Centres are ONCE AGAIN under THREAT. During State Parliament Estimates yesterday, Liberal Infrastructure and Transport Minister Corey Wingard revealed the Prospect, Mitcham and Modbury Service SA Centres may be SHIFTED and DOWNSIZED but... "will be staying in those areas" [Wingard] CHANGE Isn't NECESSARILY a 'Bad Thing bad', SO in the interest of giving it a fair go- * WHERE would you like the new one LOCATED? * How much SMALLER do you think it needs to be to be efficient? * What Computer Self-help Kiosks / Staff RATIO would you like to see? * What's the MINIMUM number of Staff you think the new centre would need? * Are there any PROBLEMS you think Moving might address? We'd like to hear Carolyn Power MP thoughts on the matter.

03.01.2022 What's Happening Down There? Storm Water Rerouting, Apparently.

03.01.2022 Finally, at #1 with the most tree canopy coverage of all the metropolitan councils in SA is the City of Mitcham. With a fantastic 48.81%, the City of Mitcham’s ...high canopy rate can largely be attributed to the green Mitcham Hills suburbs. Even with state and federal government own land removed (Sturt Gorge, Belair National Park etc), the City of Mitcham’s tree canopy sits at 45%. Unfortunately, the greenest suburbs in the City of Mitcham are at risk of a substantial loss of tree canopy coverage the primary reason this page was setup. Considerable wind backs in the Significant and Regulated tree laws by the then Labor Government in 2011, as well as additional changes to the Native Vegetation Regulations, means that most of the Amazon suburb of metropolitan Adelaide could be entirely cleared of trees. From past iTree canopy surveys, the Adelaide Hills Council has traditionally rated as the greenest council in SA. As they are not inside metropolitan Adelaide, they were not included in the LIDAR scans. Hopefully, they can be included in future scans if the council expresses an interest.

03.01.2022 BTW. Did any Panorama Clapham Community Group residents indulge in PANIC BUYING of MASKS instead of Toilet paper? It would have seemed prudent to have both ends catered for, though this skit infers we may be unfamiliar with how to correctly apply one of them ;-)
