25.01.2022 First day of June, First day of seasonal blues & First day back to work for many people during this pandemic As an extrovert who loves being outside in the hot sun and a mini me who is exactly the same, winter is a drag for us. I already feel like we have been through the longest winter with isolation, and winter is only beginning. ... Let's hope June sees the re-opening of gyms. Pre-covid I finally found a gym where I belong and an outlet to control my aniexty. Gym from home just isn't the same, when you hate being stuck inside. So I have everything crossed because it will be the one thing that will get me through winter. Anyways enough of me. For everyone returning to work today, best of luck and enjoy

19.01.2022 SLOWER PACE On Monday I discovered one of my glands in my armpits was EXTREMELY swollen and painful. I went for a check up Tuesday and turns out I have had a severe reaction to the flu shot. This does happen but it's rare (I never do anything by the book). I'm on tablets now to try and reduce the swelling faster because I am in so much discomfort. The pain is very distracting because of the location, everything I do I seem to bump the massive lump. I can't describe the... feeling but it's very energy zapping and with so much swelling it's affecting the nerves in my arm and shoulder. Plus being a mum on top of this, I am struggling to hold everything together. So things may be a little slow for a week or two here at PDS while my body recovers but I will still keep plugging away at orders, just in a slower pace and more breaks when needed. Mel x See more

I live with a mental health illness and while I'm doing better now, I do still have my bad days. Many people ask why I'm so vocal about my mental health struggles? The answer: Mental illnesses are nothing to be ashamed of. We have all experienced it at some point in our lives, some more severe than others. If my voice is heard by just one person who is suffering alone, and they decide to go get help then my job is done. #RUOK

04.01.2022 RE-INTRODUCTION One of my goals for 2020 was to up my presences on social media, especially on Instagram. Last week we ticked over 100 new organic likes on Instagram since the 13th January no sponsored posts, no brought likes or third party involvement. This just shows how important it is for small businesses to post of social media regularly. ... So hello to all of our old and new supporters I am Mel and I live in Bathurst with my husband Jamie and 4 year old son Ryder. Before I was a graphic designer I worked in real estate but once I had Ryder, my priorities changed and saw the perfect opportunity to change my direction in life. I have always had a creative flare, so during the first year of Ryder's life, I studied via distance to become a graphic designer. And honestly it was the best decision I made. I started Panorama Design Solutions in July 2017 and I wasn't expecting for my business to be so well received by the central west community. Christmas 2018 my business went Australia wide and it hasn't slowed down since. In December 2019 I came to the decision that I needed an extra pair of hands to help me. So I advertised for an artist to collaborate with me and along came Emily. They say when you know you know, and I got that instantly with Emily. Emily started with me in January 2020 and our collaboration has been everything and more that I had planned it to be. Also in 2020 I joined a wonderful group @themakerscollectivecentralwest of small business woman from the central west, who support each other with everything their support and friendship has helped me a lot, not only with my business life but my personal life as well. Lastly I want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who continues to support my small business, especially during this pandemic.
