25.01.2022 In November, we invited risk professionals to take our State of Risk & Resilience 2020/2021 Survey to produce an analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats stemming from this year and heading into 2021. This year has presented numerous unprecedented challenges, and with this survey, we’ve uncovered key areas of growth and opportunity to achieve organisational resilience. The full report of our findings is now available. Download today. #RiskWare #Survey #RiskManagement #RMIA #KnowYourRisks #Resilience

15.01.2022 If the pandemic has taught us one thing it’s that work is not just a place to receive a paycheque but much, much more. It satisfies our inner need to meet other fellow human beings. To collaborate. To innovate. To create. Or simply, just to catch-up for a chat at the photocopier to discuss the weekend. Traditionally, our Christmas party is a formal event to celebrate the year that was. A time to let our hair down and party like it’s 1999. With current events we toyed with the... idea of having a virtual Christmas party. That lasted all about 5 minutes. Given our States case numbers our risk assessment of the current state of play assured us that a real Christmas party was the way to go. After so long in isolation our risk appetite was certainly high. No pun intended:). As such, we decided to support local and enjoyed a wine tour and lunch in Victoria’s amazing wine region - The Yarra Valley. After so long in isolation it was great to see each other in the flesh. Everybody was so happy to finally catch up. Please enjoy some pictures of today. Stay Safe! See more

04.01.2022 As we are working from home like many of you, we thought we'd give you a glimpse into how #PanWorksFromHome. Here's our Head of Product Support Angelo on his experience so far. "Working form home has been great so far, I quickly adapted to a new way of working. The transition has been rather seamless and productivity has remained steady. I have a dedicated space with a little green plant and a HomePod pumping out my favourite playlists. Both teams I lead have been awesome in ...adapting to WFH. They have continued to produce a high level of output and continue to drive the team motto of ‘Never Walk Alone’. A big shout out to the QA and Client Services Team, you guys are ‘AWESOME’! Pan Software culture is really important to us, we are a close knit group. The crew I work with are not just my work colleagues, they are my brothers and sisters that I hangout with (virtually lately) and collectively we ‘Make the world a little less Risky’. Along the way we try and have as much fun as possible and not take life too seriously. For instance, through the pandemic we have made a conscious effort to catch-up (virtually) for a morning coffee, a lunch or an after work drink on a Friday with a round of ‘Among Us’ or 'GeoGuessr’. Surprisingly, these virtual activities have been a lot of fun. I spend most of my day on video calls with clients and it's been great to put a face to the voice. Working from home has shown that we can still successfully and positively engage with our clients. The other thing I have learnt is the importance of lighting in video conferencing - I highly recommend the use of an LED ring light which was recently added to my setup. My next addition to my setup will be a microphone. Thanks for taking the time to read my post. I hope the pandemic has not been too hard on you and your families. My thoughts of appreciation go out to our healthcare workers and scientists working towards a COVID-19 vaccine. Take care and stay safe." #HowWeWork #Panplex #RiskWare #RiskManagement #EmployeesMatter #WorkCulture #RemoteWork #WorkFromHome
