21.01.2022 Be cautious about lazy armchair statistics about farming, carbon and climate change. We cannot label as one thing or another a global industry based on a poor understanding of the impact it has on the environment as it’s far more complex than that. The most valuable thing we can do is to know our farmer. We need to know the supply chain that brought our food from paddock to our plate no matter what our choice of diet or lifestyle is. It’s nothing to do with carnivore vs. v...egan. It’s about caring and understanding where our food comes from and whether it aligns with our values. The best we can do is be true to our values (good or bad). *please share*
