17.01.2022 I gave a little teaser the other day to something new brewing with Papa Groove. This band, that had been so active from 2003 to 2014, has now been in hiatus for a few years but is now about to launch it's new lineup and new energy. Unfortunately with the Covid19 virus putting an abrupt end to live entertainment across the globe (not just Sydney) we have taken steps to prepare ourselves for when this all simmers down. There will be some new faces, some new material and some new ideas...but let me just confirm there will be the same professionalism and attention to detail you have come to expect from Papa Groove. We cannot wait to meet you.!!!

09.01.2022 I know this is probably not the best time for this considering the storm Australia is about to endure but I am still very excited to bring you the new line up of Papa Groove (MkIII). Ash Durrant - Vocals Bodo - guitars and pretend vocals Steve Keys - Keys and bass guitar... Ben Limbrey - drums We won't be doing a physical launch now (for obvious reasons) but you can hear some of our music at www.soundcloud.com/papagroovemk3 There are more demos coming and when the world returns to normal you can be rest assured we will be out there helping everyone celebrate life. Keep you hands clean and your spirits up. We'll get through this.

06.01.2022 Papa Groove in rehearsals after an Iso break. With restrictions still in place gigs for bands are bleek at best but Papa Groove are preparing to rock hard when they are lifted.

06.01.2022 Wow, I couldn't even tell you when the last post for Papa Groove was but I am excited to say there are some new things brewing for PG. It's been a long time but the beast that has lain dormant for the last few years has begun to stir. A new Papa Groove is about to erupt.

05.01.2022 Papa Groove are very excited to announce that we will be performing at Camden's own Barenz on the 24th of April. We will be performing as a trio and pushing our creative boundaries with the music you know and love.
