24.01.2022 I feel so lucky to have just finished a gorgeous lil collab with the lovely Elaine from @Elaine_cakes. Her cakes are so beautiful and now one of them has my flowers on. Im in love with this cake lol

18.01.2022 I apologise as its been a while since I posted here, but now Im pretty excited as a new book came last Friday that Ive been waiting months for, I have to say that its an absolutely stunning book and I couldnt wait to try something. Jessie @craftedtobloom has created this beautiful book. I really wanted to try the cherry blossom and so far here are 2 branches. This book was just the inspiration I needed to really start creating again. Thankyou so much Jessie Im a bit excited xxx

16.01.2022 My first wall hanging with macrame and Im definitely hooked. I purchased a kit yesterday but didnt really like the pattern, just wanted the right amount of rope lol. I decided to just go for it and create my own design. Im amazed at how simple knots can turn into something pretty, only 2 different knots in this one. I also wanted to try and get an idea of how it would look using my paper flowers with them. It needs to be on a bigger scale of course but Im loving the idea more and more. Im ready for the next one lol

15.01.2022 Im so sorry Ive been MIA for a while, Ive missed making flowers but the last few nights Ive actually been dreaming of them so it was time for action. I could not sleep last night at all as i have a throat like razor blades so before I fall in a heap. ( if i do ) i needed to dye paper and create some flowers. I was asked by my lovely work mate to create a blue rose. I wasnt 100% sold on my blue paper so it was time for some alcohol ink dying, a first for me and wont be last, Im so in love with the way ink turned the paper. I used white 180 grm and doublette paper. I didnt stop just at the blue rose and made 2 more so far in some awesome colors. I also made my own templates for these roses and I can see lots more coming. Xoxo

15.01.2022 Hopefully these are better pics now that I home. What a great day I had, I met some really wonderful people, created lots of interest with 2 potential weddings, was asked to attend another show and demonstration in March and a couple of demonstrations for some very worthy groups of ladies soon. Also sold quite a few small bouquets so all in all it was really amazing and something I will definitely do again. Xx so this is the bouquet I made with a bit of bling and the flowers for a cake. Xo

There is a light at the end of the tunnel ( not over by a long shot) but I finally managed to create some flowers. These are some bouganvillia that Ive been dying to try from Tiffanies book and although not perfect, there perfect for me xxxxxxx

14.01.2022 Getting into the festive spirit today and made these for the Christmas day table for our residents at work. I even made the berries and love how they turned out. Keeping it simple but Im pretty happy xo

11.01.2022 Something completely different from me. Iv always wanted to try macrame and use it with my flowers somehow, these are my very first 2 and loving the whole process. I can feel another obsession coming on !!

10.01.2022 15 assorted roses for our 15 lovely residents ladies at work for mothers day, done. I cant give my own mum one this year but shell be very happy Ive made them for our other mums. Im also working with another gorgeous bride and setting her flowers so hopefully some sneak peaks of them soon xx

09.01.2022 The pantone color of the year for 2019 is coral, I have to say its not my most favorite color but I do still like it. I was wondering what I could use this brighter coral color for so here are some Roses and they do look pretty xx

07.01.2022 I was asked to make a few of these kusadama flowers to add to a wedding cake. The bride and groom are Harry Potter fans so their made with pages of a Harry Potter book. It felt a lil bit sacreligious tearing up this book but it was for a good cause lol. Hope they like them added in as I believe its a surprise. Cant wait to see the cake all made up as I know its going to be so beautiful xxx More photos to come. Id forgotten how much I enjoy making these flowers xx

07.01.2022 I know this is really difficult to see properly as there were so many other flowers and beautiful things around, and I will take better pictures tomorrow but Ive just entered my flowers in a show for the first time. Second prize for the cake flowers, first prize for the bouquet and Best in show for floral art for the bouquet to, sooooo excited right now
