18.01.2022 I’m not sure how we got through this one but after a few hours (7 ) we finished The first thing to remember with a colour correction is that we are doing exactly that - correcting what’s happened as well as working with what’s left, being sure we do it in the best way for your hairs integrity, and then trying to convince you to relax and trust the process (after all your trust & money just went out the door at the last salon /or your bathroom- not judging ) , then after al...l that we spend a lot of time creating a journey plan to move towards your ideal situation becausemost of the time this isn’t just a quick fix in one appointment situation & sometimes yes we do have to take a moment to assess how that is all going to play out together because at the end of the day playing with hair & colour is just a huge science project ~ but I wanted to remind you all that this is why it’s so important to choose your salon wisely, maybe ask for a consultation & test strand if they don’t offer one & know what you want to achieve in the results but also LISTEN TO THEM IF THEY SAY YOUR HAIR CANT HANDLE IT and maybe ask for suggestions We love making sure you love your hair but it also kills us having to see you so upset when you come in and have to spend more money and still not have perfect results right away xXx

Lightened, coloured, brunette, blonde, natural, kids, men, all hair needs to be looked after correctly. We see you around 4-6 times a year and if that’s the only time that you are treating your hair and using good products then that’s definitely not going to achieve the optimum results that you are looki...ng for, it’s a partnership between us and you Everything shines from the inside out even your hair ~ it needs its structure & it needs protection from your environment. As a minimum you definitely need ~ salon standard shampoo, conditioner, a mask & a heat/environment protector (this one is essential & the easiest to be forgotten about protecting your hair from the elements of heat styling, the sun, brushing vigorously, the ocean, the pool, the list could go on forever) to maintain the integrity of your hair.
