Rhet is the Plumbing Bros National Sales Manager and his role is to oversee a team of business development managers around Australia. Originally starting out at the beginning of 2019 as Perths inaugural BDM, Rhet moved his way into a national role due to the vital part he has played in PB going national.... Once labelled as Perths best salesman. A tag like this doesnt come without years of hard work and experience, but more importantly, results. Rhet has a gorgeous family including his wife, 2 young kids, a dog, 2 cats ad 7 budgies. Team culture, success and service gets Rhet out of bed in the mornings. If you have been pestered recently by a Plumb Bro trying to win all your plumbing work, this was most likely Rhet. But if it was Rhet, you are also more than likely now utilising our 5-star service, because thats what he does! Brittany is the heart & soul of Plumbing Bros and has been a Plumbing Bro for 2.5 years after she was previously in the banking industry for 5 years. ... Brittany has an identical twin sister who she regularly substitutes in to work for her when she is hung-over or otherwise engaged. She is a true company woman and without her, Plumbing Bros would not be the same. Brittany was recently promoted to Operations Manager which is an amazing achievement for a non-plumbing female in a male dominated industry. Frank is the ultimate company man that relishes the challenges of life & plumbing. Motivated by solving puzzles, Frank is often thrown in the deep-end to assist in resolving those nitty-gritty issues that others cant.... Outside of work, Frank enjoys 4-wheel-driving, camping, free diving, go-karting and relaxing with his family which includes his beautiful new daughter. As you can probably tell by the sexy Mediterranean name, Frank can speak fluent Portuguese, which doesnt really come in handy whilst plumbing, unfortunately. Riley enjoys the diversity of jobs in which Plumbing Bros encounters and obtains great satisfaction from being able to problem solve a wide variety of missions. In his spare time, you will find Riley catching some "tubes" at Trigg Beach. You may have also seen Riley collecting footballs behind the goals at an Eagles game, he is one famous man!!!! 06.01.2022 Continuing on with our weekly meet the team post, this weeks spotlight is on Mitch. Mitch is THE PB Journeyman! After being apart of PBs inaugural season, he went on to finish his 4 year apprenticeship with the team before completing a further 6 months as a contractor. Mitch then took some time out to find himself before an opportunity presented itself to re-join the loves of his life. Mitch returned to Plumbing Bros in an office-based role as part of our scheduling tea...m. Outside of work Mitch is a footy freak and loves everything AFL. Something most people dont know about Mitch is that he loves wrestling his managers at Christmas work functions after a day of drinking. Its remarkable to sit back and reflect on just how much we have achieved in such a short period of time, as well as look at what is planned for the journey ahead. In just 3 years we have grown to over 25 amazing team members in our Perth operation, we have won several prestigious business awards, we have created a state-of-the-art online portal, we have developed the Plumbing Bros pathways program and we have built... a national franchise model. In the coming weeks we commence operations in QLD. In the coming months we commence operations in NSW, SA and VIC.
