24.01.2022 It was nice catching up with Mr Chris Gryllis and his family for dinner last night in Canberra. Chris is a former Deputy Mayor of Orange City, was instrumental in Sister City Relations between Orange City and Mt Hagen City. Chris is a good friend of great leaders from Mt Hagen namely Raphael Doa, Wai Rapa, Hon Governor Paias Wingti and many others.

Prof Davies was teaching at UPNG Geology Department from 1989 to 2018. He began working in PNG from 1957 onwards and worked in different parts of the country in places like Kandep, Telefomin, Oro Central, and Morobe Provinces.
