All you will need is to freeze 105 grams of blueberries, 1.5 scoops of your favourite protein powder, 12 grams of Chocolate PB2 powder (much less calories than regular peanut butter), 1/2 tbsp of Xanthum gum (for creamy and thick texture), 1 packet of low calorie sweetener and Ice. This tastes delicious and with 20 grams of protein for only 150 calories, it is a perfect snack you can have whenever you are craving something sweet.
