06.01.2022 COVID-19 Restrictions: As you are all aware, many countries including ours are facing the pandemic crisis. In an effort to minimize the spread of infection, we are following the current AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) and ADA (Australian Dental Association) guidelines because the safety of our patients and staff are of prime importance to us. 1) Accepting only emergency dental appointments such as toothaches, dental infections, broken fillings or brok...en teeth. We have deferred all non urgent and elective dental treatment until further notice. 2) Maintaining strict infection control as we always have but taking some extra precautions. We are doing risk assessments over the phone before accepting an appointment. 3) Spreading out appointment times so that there is minimal wait time to ensure safe distancing. This also gives us extra time for cleaning in between each patient. 4) Getting every patient to sanitize their hands as they arrive and leave our premises and getting them to rinse their mouth with a disinfecting mouthwash before starting any treatment. 5) We have currently stopped taking any appointments on Saturdays until further notice. 6) We can be contacted on (07)5510-9999 from Monday to Friday. Please leave a message if we are unable to answer and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also email us on [email protected] Please follow the guidelines issued by the Australian Government and stay safe. Let's #flattenthecurve.
