25.01.2022 Yeah, we probably do use a few too many acronyms.

24.01.2022 Aussie green & gold view from the office window today at our Port Lincoln operation.

23.01.2022 In uncertain times all we can do is "the next right thing". For us, that means suspending all dual training for the moment. It's difficult and sad, so it's not a decision we've made lightly. Our apologies to all of our trainees for the disruption to your training. We'll get back into it with a vengeance once this all passes. The C172 will still be available for hire & fly for single pilot ops. If anyone needs help with theory tuition, we can come up with some creative options. Keep calm and carry on everyone, and when this passes you can all come in and join us for a Corona! (But not within 8 hours of flying, of course).

22.01.2022 We thoroughly enjoyed the company of the team from AeroTech at Wudinna today. Up from Cummins, they had three Tractors working the area. Great experience for a brand new trainee from Ceduna, who now has a healthy appreciation for why we all keep a listening watch, and communicate our position and intentions.

15.01.2022 Kieran Stephens,19, attempts to remain incognito and hide behind the 172 after passing his PPL flight test yesterday, but the Parafield paparazzi managed to track him down and snap this photo. Congratulations Kieran! We're expecting a bright future for you in Aviation.

14.01.2022 A State Dinner was held at the Adelaide Convention Centre last Friday night, hosted by SA Premier The Honourable Steven Marshall MP, to commemorate the centenary of the epic flight of Sir Ross and Sir Keith Smith from England to Australia. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening celebrating a truly amazing feat of aviation. PFC was represented by Head of Operations Sian Zimmer (pictured below with Senator David Fawcett) and Senior Instructor Beverley Roediger.

11.01.2022 Mickey Oldfield is one happy camper, having been sent solo in the C172 today by Bev. Well done Mick, and best wishes for the rest of your training. Mick is aiming for CPL, so that's the first box ticked!

09.01.2022 Good news! With restrictions relaxing from today, and the community transition rate of the virus now so low for almost three weeks, and the borders still closed, we have decided to re-commence dual training operations. We still need to be sensible - wash hands, clean up, safe distancing whenever possible, and please don't even think about coming in if you're unwell!

07.01.2022 The world's gone mad, but the weather's been amazing! So Bev sent Ben Dunk solo in the Mighty 152 yesterday. Nice work Ben!

06.01.2022 Jason Yeung is studying for his Bachelor of Aviation Management at UniSA. He managed his aviation so well this morning, he was sent off for his first solo flight in the Mighty 152. Congrats Jason!

05.01.2022 Come along and join us as we share information and stories, and if you know anyone who is interested in flying training, bring them with you!

05.01.2022 Be safe everyone.

01.01.2022 Had a great day today. Sian checked me out after a considerable time out of the seat. Thank you. Also caught up with Bev, whom I'd met in the late 70s. As I said, a great day with a fantastic team. Thank you.
