16.01.2022 Dear Customers As you may well be aware SA Health has announced that a recently discovered COVID case visited our store on Thursday 12th November between 10:30am - 11:30am. SA Health has advised us that our store is safe and all clear to remain open and continue business as usual and clarified that no specific actions are required on our end as any risk in relation to the incident is negligible.... Anyone who visited the premises during this timeframe should monitor for symptoms and get tested if symptoms appear. As an additional precaution and in line with our internal risk-management protocols we will be having all staff members tested. We have also reviewed CCTV footage to verify the absence of any risk to customers and staff and as part of our determination of whether sanitisation over and above our current stringent protocols is warranted. As of this evening a number of our staff members have already received precautionary testing and all remain asymptomatic. Further tests will be completed by tomorrow well before we allow staff to return to work. Due to the self-isolating nature of awaiting tests results we have made the decision to close temporarily to accommodate for this process. As a superfluous precaution a comprehensive sterilisation of our store is anticipated to occur during this downtime. As of this stage all actions we have taken are above and beyond SA Health advice and recommendations. Customers are welcome to message us via this page if you have any questions. For all media enquiries please email [email protected]

03.01.2022 LABOUR DAY TRADING HOURS Monday 5 October Parafield Plaza Supermarket -> Closed Catalina Asian Grocery -> Open 9am - 6pm

01.01.2022 Update: All test results for our staff members and family have returned negative. Zero cases linked to Parafield Plaza to date and SA Health has found no exposure in relation to our premises. We have no connection to the family cluster or any of the close contacts currently being monitored and no relation to any of the new cases that have been announced.... Thank you for your solidarity and patience this week. Edit: Apologies to the significant influx of customers who are trying to visit us today. We have decided not to reopen until tomorrow while we prepare for recently announced prevention measures. As always the health and safety of the community remains our highest priority.
