Our team is outgoing, dynamic, hardworking, responsible, self-motivated and proactive. We are seeking someone with similar mindset and abilities to fit into this position. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for identification of repairs and maintenance works. Carry out reactive, and scheduled maintenance activities Responsible for various repairs, and building maintenance tasks including painting, plastering, making good office tenancies, replacing/ placing lights or lighting units, minor plumbing works, office Painting, fixing dishwashers etc. Help provide solutions for long term maintenance. About You To be considered for this position, you must: Have handyman/ building maintenance /painting experience Be able to perform work to extremely high standards Be willing to regularly learn new skills Be hard-working, pro-active, thorough, and clean. Prove that you have initiative and that you are a problem solver.
