05.01.2022 So I wanted to share this video from yesterday that makes me so happy that myself and Chris, Geoff and Steve have created what people commonly refer to as the "...Cloudbase Family" This video is of Dave Trotter from Newcastle. Dave, along with many others has been a staunch CB supporter from day one. He gets it. We get him, and we love him. Dave's a respected senior pilot who I can call on to provide guidance and advice to novice pilots who return home after our courses. Between Dave, Brad Patfield and Adam Andrews, I know our new novice will pilots receive excellent guidance on the hill and be safe. Let me set the scene: Before I took this call, I already knew a couple of things: 1. Dave had received his new AirDesign VOLT3 EN-C and was DYING to fly it. 2. Dying is an understatement. 3. Every day that it was flyable, Dave had to work. 4. When Dave was available and off work, it was not flyable. 5. Dave was not working yesterday. 6. Yesterday was flyable. Now after yesterdays video, I know that you can add audio to a screen recording, I'm wiser for it and I'm truly sorry I cannot share it. I believe Dave's facials and body language sells how happy he is with his new weapon. I've overlayed the song that I was listening to at the time. It's a cover by Ecca Vandal.
