22.01.2022 Sophie going beastmode with a 90kg deadlift.... yer she lifts I would just like to say congratulations to her. Coming from a person a had never done a deadlift to now lifting 90kg like its peanuts. There is no substitute for hard work hard work. For anyone to achieve anything in life whether it be work or fitness. The mind has to accept this for then the body will follow. Its the small things in life that will lead to big changes. 19.01.2022 After 2 nights out on the weekend. It was monday which means leg day. Here is my workout 5 sets5 reps 165 kg squat 6 sets 3 reps 170 dead lift 3 sets 10 reps paused squats 3 sets 10 reps leg extensions... 3 sets 10 reps leg curl Stretching. After the lack of sleep I had on the weekend I still managed to solider through my workout. You are never always going to feel like working out. Where would we be if we only did things when we felt like it. Have to take the good with the bad. Here is a video of one of my sets on squats. The struggle is real but I keep pushing. 17.01.2022 After 4 days at the gold coast. Alcohol, dancing,late nights and a terrible diet.then It was time to train legs again. My goal was to get 5x5 on 170kg squat. I managed to do 4x4 on 170kg and on the the 5th set I pulled 5 reps. It wasnt my day. Im feeling sick and flat. Anybody can make excuses. This life is for everyone. 13.01.2022 Another long one for you all, but again totally worth it. 15 minute review and I am talking pretty fast to get everything in. Book review for this week was: Death by Food Pyramid by Denise Minger 9/10!... The best nutritional book ive ever read regarding the basic foundation of good health along with some excellent commonalities of popular diet fads that have shown health benefits, the history of how the food pyramid came to existence, the rise of trans fats and the vilification of saturated fat along with the political landscape that help shape our current worldview on "healthy eating". A must read down to the last page.

History ia littered with people who start but never finish. Which results in them ending up where they start. Why? Because my friends its hard for people to form good habits. Studies show that it takes about 21 days to form a simple habit but then it takes 66 days to form a complex habit. People mistake this as 66 days in a row, but it...s not. So answer to your question. 08.01.2022 Deadlifts and squats Deadlift 180kg for 5 sets of 3 reps Squats 140kg for 3 sets of 5 reps The weights wont move themselves. If it was easy everybody would do it. Its the small steps that will climb the mountain. ... The video is my fourth set. So yes, form isnt textbook perfect for the all the experts out there.

04.01.2022 3 months ago my one rep max in the deadlift was 160kg at a body weight of 80kg. After doing heavy singles at 190 today we did some speed pulls at 160 for 5 sets. This was the last set for you all to check out. I managed 8 reps weighing now a little under 84kg after a full deadlift workout. The last reps arent pretty, but then again if they were it would be too light. #workharderwhennobodyiswatchingyou #stoppostingselfiesandliftsomethingheavy

03.01.2022 Adam has been training with me for 3 months. His bench started at 80kg. Today he managed to bench a personal best of 110kg. Dedication and commitment goes a long way. It takes 21 days to form a good habit. This is a strugggle for most people, but the key is to keep pushing. Striving to be better than you were yesterday. Well done adam. 120kg here we come.
