14.01.2022 Just a typical Monday at The Paragon when you have the granddaughter of Dudley Gee (the ORIGINAL owner and creator of our Paragon Theatre) wander into your espresso bar!!! I feel so blessed to have met Nadeia by chance and to have been able to share everything we have done with her!

13.01.2022 HAPPY 5TH BIRTHDAY TO OUR ESPRESSO BAR! To think that 5 years ago in a very desperate attempt to pay the mortgage on the theatre and keep the doors open, I had an idea and 1hr training on how to make coffee and opened a 7 day week espresso bar... and it worked!! Check out the pics below for just a few of the changes over the years! THANK YOU to all of the beautiful customers, suppliers, staff, volunteers, family and friends who helped to make it what it is. I’m so very grateful and couldn’t have done it without you all.

06.01.2022 Folks, if you haven’t been to Monto yet- do yourself a favour and go! Yesterday Tianni and I jumped in the car and went to explore the beautiful murals, local artisan space Harvest & Co Collective and were lucky enough to have a private tour of Monto’s very own vintage theatre, The Rex which is in early stages of restoration. A gorgeous country town with friendly folk, beautiful scenery and very talented people! *please note we didn’t take photos of all of the murals so there is sooo much more to see!*

Make sure you come in and check it out and don’t forget to tag us if you take pics!
