15.01.2022 QUOLL-ITY FIND! A critically endangered northern quoll has been found living in the northern suburbs of Darwin! Spotting this young female is very exciting new...s as it suggests there's a breeding population in the Darwin urban area, and perhaps, that there are clever quolls learning to avoid cane toads! If you're lucky enough to spot a quoll in the urban area, please report your sighting Parks and Wildlife, Wildlife Rangers on 0401 115 702.

10.01.2022 Owning a pet is a long-term responsibility, not just until the tinsel comes down If you are giving or receiving a pet this Christmas, remember pet ownership... is a big responsibility. You must safeguard their health and welfare for their entire life. Responsible pet ownership means devoting time every day to their care, including adequate food, fresh clean water, shelter, exercise, veterinary care and protection from harm. Find out more about being a responsible pet owner https://nt.gov.au/environme//being-a-responsible-pet-owner

10.01.2022 Dear clients, If your pet needs veterinary attention and: You have tested positive to Covid-19, and/or... You have been overseas within the last 14 days, and/or You are unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms, and/or Are currently required to self-isolate Please phone the clinic so that we can make an appropriate plan to assess your pet. To reduce exposure and keep everyone as safe as possible, we ask you to please: Limit the number of people bringing your pets into the clinic Remember to phone ahead to order food, medication and other products so that we can have them ready for you and minimise your waiting time Remember to wash your hands! We are working hard to ensure we can continue to provide complete veterinary care for all of your pets. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This situation is rapidly evolving, and we will provide updates as required.

09.01.2022 **Just a reminder ** Oravet is running of our shelves like you wouldn’t believe. We try our very best to keep it stocked for all you lovely clients however if we don’t have it, ask one of our nurses to place an order for you. This means you can still get $10 off per box purchased! To everyone that hasn’t tried it yet, you must. This stuff is amazing!

09.01.2022 SCAM WARNING: Dear Clients, please do not donate any money to a go get funding page set up by Caitlin Morris relating to an injured, stray dog. This dog is not in our care and never was. This is a scam. Edit: Thank you everyone. Go get funding has now removed the campaign from their site.
