Responsible for infection control after the Ruby Princess outbreak in NSW, the ASPEN medical team specialises in areas where there are inadequate resources. Speaking on behalf of Aspen is Annette Owttrim. Annette has worked as a military nurse, assisted in providing medical support 1994 f...or Rwanda during the 100-day massacre. More recently Annette has been delivering training in Vietnam for medical facilities and organising healthcare for 80,000 healthcare personal across 52 bases in Australia.
