18.01.2022 Sometimes we wonder if you all know how much we love you and the sacrifices we make on a daily basis to bring you the best pasta you've ever had. Today's sacrifice came in the form of beautiful, meaty oyster mushrooms from Mother Fungus Gourmet Mushrooms. So wanted to eat them all ourselves. #mushroompappardelle

04.01.2022 The fires have passed, the pasta on the racks has been put into the compost, the freezers have been emptied into the compost and have been scrubbed out but the battle continues. The smoke in the air, wind blowing the soot and dust everywhere and the deluge of bugs means we've had to cease making dried pasta for a while. Because the pasta is hung for 2 to 3 days, we just can't risk the contamination. This pic was taken today of the lid of a container which was cleaned yesterday. We will let you know when we're ready to rocknroll.
