25.01.2022 Starts this Friday the 13th of October.

25.01.2022 Yesterday we had Elissa from Harmony Music come along to playgroup and do a music lesson with the kids. It was lots of fun. Stay tuned for the next time that she comes.

24.01.2022 Just letting you know that regardless of the weather, playgroup continues to run during school terms (except public holidays).

22.01.2022 One of the best parts about playgroup is the awesome Coffee van that turns up in the church car park every morning at 10am.

22.01.2022 This year Parents and Littlies is participating in Operation Christmas child. Operation Christmas Child involves filling a shoe box with different items and then they are sent overseas to children who need it the most. One more box filled = one more child given happiness and love at Christmas time. If you would like to be involved please let me know.

21.01.2022 The kids approve of the new swing set at Playgroup. Come along tomorrow (Monday or Thursday) at 9:30am to check it out.

18.01.2022 A friend shared this newspaper article with me a few weeks. It is an interesting read. Playgroups are extremely beneficial for not just the parents but also for the children. Research has found that children who dont attend playgroup are twice as likely to be developmentally behind those who do by the time they start school. 03.01.2022 At Parents and Littlies at Bathurst Uniting Church, we are all for supporting local community groups, charities and local businesses. Over the years this support has been returned back to the playgroup through the many donations which these groups/businesses have made. Over the years we have had help from Bathurst Mens Shed, The Junction, numerous parents/families/ and extended families, church people, our Church Youth group and Young Adults group, and in recent days, our local Bunnings Store with the donation of paint and also help in painting our playgroup fence. We have also had one of our playgroup families restore our beautiful new Cubby house. We are all about giving parents and children the opportunity to meet in a safe, inclusive and caring environment. All are welcome to come along.
