23.01.2022 Taisan, anybody who grew up in the late 70s and 80s in the Philippines would know this classic cake popularized by Goldilocks,(one of the famous bakery in the Philippines) a very soft sponge loaf cake that has close similarities to mamon (chiffon cake) usually sprinkled with sugar on top and sometimes with grated. 07.01.2022 Dalgona Coffee is a cold latte drink that comes with a velvety smooth and sweet coffee foam on top. The combination of cold milk and the bittersweet coffee is simply a match made in heaven. And the best part is that you can make it without any special machines all you need is some arm muscle and patience- we have to use a mixer though Maybe this can be included in our drink menu
