25.01.2022 Don't forget it's Pancake Day tomorrow (Tuesday). Come on down between 6.30 and 9.00am to have some yummy pancakes on us. We will be serving tea and coffee too. It doesn't matter if it's not usually your day you can still enjoy breakfast on us. See you there :)

They have given their own time and profits to many charitable causes. 22.01.2022 Did you know that all 4 year olds are eligible for a free health and development check? This includes having a vision and hearing screening. A lot of schools are encouraging families to have them completed prior to enrolling in prep. For more information you can can contact your local Child Health Service on 1300 366 039

19.01.2022 Well even though Book Week is now going to be in October we still held our Book Week Dress up today. It was so great to see the children dressed as their favourite characters and we had so many wonderful books to go along with the costumes! Bonus points to anyone who knows what book the Preschool Educators characters are from :)

19.01.2022 Well today was splashtacular!!!! The children were so excited about having the waterslide today and thankfully the rain held off for us to really enjoy it. Some of the children were a little wary, but with some assistance from more than willing educators, braved the slide. Even some of the toddlers had a go!!!

16.01.2022 On Tuesday 25th February from 6.30am to 9am we will be serving pancakes for everyone to enjoy. We will also be offering hot drinks such as tea, coffee and chocolate. So come along and either enjoy a sit down breakfast with your children or take some to go. It doesnt matter if its not your day, come and have breakfast on us. Hope to see you there. :)

14.01.2022 This week we got our garden beds started. With the help of Martin, who volunteered to be our head gardener, we planted things like pumpkins, cauliflower, strawberries, zucchini, beetroot, lettuce and flowers (just to name some). Hopefully our green thumbs prevail and we will have them growing in no time. Watch this space :)

12.01.2022 Today, after over 17 years here, our wonderful Debbie Allender is retiring. Deb was the first person I hired after taking on the role of Director and it is a decision that I have never once regretted. For the last 17 years Deb has made herself an integral part of our PRCC family and has been involved in the caring and educating of hundreds of children. All the children love "their" Debbie and her beautiful smile and loving nature are going to be dearly missed. While we wont get to see her or hear her singing to the children everyday, we know this isnt goodbye, its just see you soon. You will always be part of our family here Debbie and we wish you all the love and happiness you deserve for your retirement. <3

08.01.2022 Apologies for the many photos but we had so many families turn up for Pancakes this morning we just had to include them all. After the year that was 2020 it was great to be able to celebrate an occasion like this with our wonderful families again. It was a great morning and we went through over 100 pancakes!!!

04.01.2022 Well another Christmas Concert is over! Thank you so much to everyone who turned up for such a fantastic night! It definitely was the biggest crowd I have ever seen. Once again a huge thank you to the wonderful team of educators who help make the night run so smoothly and of course the biggest thank you to the children who put a smile on all our faces. Each and everyone one of you make the night the success that it is :)

In this inst...ance we will notify you all of any further changes. How to get involved still??? Buying a Raffle ticket is a great way to get get involved and show support. 04.01.2022 Over the last couple of weeks in the Kindy room the children have been enjoying reading Were Going on a Bear Hunt. Today they took it one step further and went on their own bear hunt. Sheree led them as they went through long wavy grass, thick oozy mud, a big dark forest, a deep cold river, a swirling, whirling snowstorm and a narrow gloomy cave until they found the bear! Apparently our bear wasnt scary though and there was more laughter than screaming. :)

04.01.2022 Happy Chinese New Year! Today each of the rooms did something to help celebrate this day whether it was the preschool room making wontons as well as doing some Chinese New Year inspired collage, the Kindy children also enjoying some collage or the Toddler's enjoying some dress ups. All of the children in the centre also got to enjoy wontons for lunch. A big thank you to Annie for teaching us how to make the wontons and doing some writing for us as well.
