16.01.2022 Raw broccolini, yacon, radish and cucumber salad. Party in my mouth. Lemon, salt, honey, pepper and olive oil dressing. Weird but delist. Sorry no photo, ate it before hand.

07.01.2022 The worms in first photo will help the plants in second photo. Have lots of worms digesting all the rye corn mix and hopefully adding much needed organic matter to this shite sandy grey soil.
06.01.2022 Sourdough, pane di casa, sick of ciabatta looking like a house brick!! Want to cut it open and smear with butter and honey. Maybe I should wait - but the smell is amazing.

03.01.2022 Expressions of interest. Garlic for sale, in the for Christmas. Not cured yet but can use now or hang in cool dry spot for a few weeks. $20 a kilo.
02.01.2022 Expressions of interest. Tomato seedlings. Have germinated brandy wine tomato seedlings for sale if interested. Ready to pot out. Are still in greenhouse and will need hardening off before planting. This process is not difficult, just bring inside or undercover for a few weeks. $10 for the tray- about 30 plants.
