21.01.2022 A huge Thank you to all those playing in our Rona Squash Comp. This is a completely different and new concept- and it went really well and with no hiccups and that is down to everyone following the Covid Guidelines. Guidelines tighten up a little more tomorrow - 19th August - but nothing new to enforce for the current comp. We will be doing the draw for next week on Thursday night. 18.01.2022 Champions Huge congratulations to Henry Kross and Lockie Miller. Henry has got his hat trick of State Titles - winning his 3rd consecutive NSW Junior State Title in the Under 11 Division. Lockie has taken out his first NSW State Title - stepping up in the Under 19 Division, at Elanora Squash and Fitness this weekend, in the NSW Junior State Titles.... Both boys played some awesome squash and did the Parkes Club very proud. See more

17.01.2022 Club Championships 2020 So we got through 4 rounds of our annual Championships before the storm hit and we sprung a leak - on 3 of the 4 courts. We had to call it. Once we can, we will organise a new date. Results will continue on from today and payment carried over to the new date. Pools and gradings will remain the same .... We apologise for the hold up. 16.01.2022 Parkes Squash would like to extend our sincerest sympathies to the family and friends of Neil Macaulay. When we took over at the end of 2014 - we established a Life Members Board to display in the centre and along with Fay Blackstock- Neil was the first name added. For many years the awesome foursome of Neil, Max, Ron and Lajos had a standing Friday afternoon booking, and I know Neil got quite a kick out of getting to play comp alongside his sons and grandsons over the years. I think he also holds the local record for playing on line A2 at 70+ years old. RIP Neil.

12.01.2022 Parkes Services Squash and Forbes Squash Club are well represented at the Squash NSW Junior State Titles at Elanora Squash and Fitness Centre this weekend. Cameron Toole and Lockie Miller are competing in the Under 19's, and Henry Kross is in the Under 11's Division. Jay Kross is a Director on the Squash NSW Board and is assisting to run the event. With a further local connection - former Parkes girl Kylie Keegan is the current NSW Coach and will be in attendance helping coordinate the event and coach the players. There will be live streaming on the Squash NSW Facebook page - so jump on and follow the page to see all the action.

12.01.2022 Update: NSW Junior Country Championships We have made the tough decision to postpone the NSW Country Championships next weekend. We are very disappointed to do this, but with current guidelines for indoor centres, restrictions on spectators and of course, the growing number of cases of COVID-19 in NSW - we feel it is the responsible thing to do. We hope you can understand the decision and how difficult it was to make it, but the health of players, their families and our loc...al community have to come first. Suggestions to stop kids playing from hot spots were considered, however as the event is a silver ranking event - we cant see this as a fair option to award points not based on open playing field. We hope once we can safely conduct the tournament, you will all support the event. For those registered and paid, we will be in touch to refund your entry fee. Cheers, Jay & Judy. See more

09.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that we share the sad news of the passing of one of the best guys in squash - Dave Fuller. Dave is an absolute legend of a man and what he has done for squash - and particularly squash in the Western Region is beyond measure. Henry has asked some legends of the game for an autograph - and none no better than Dave. RIP Dave. Our thoughts are with Nathan and family xx

We absolutely love the products and the sports range helps old muscles (Obviously talking about Jay) not hurt after a match.
