19.01.2022 PARKLANDS FAMILY Physical services start back this Sunday July 12 Due to protocols we will be having 2 services back to back with combined fellowship in between. ... Some things to expect are: spaced out seating, no communion, no collection of tithes and offerings during the service (a manned giving station will be set up for this), packaged food and drink, social distancing, hand sanitising stations and lots of signs around reminding us of what we need to continue to do. 17.01.2022 Parklands Worship EP ‘Abide’ dropping on all streaming platforms this Sunday July 5 Parklands is a God honouring, God worshiping community. For years we have written our own songs and declared them over our congregation. This EP contains 4 songs from among the many we have written, which have proven to be timeless for our church and with great delight we release them to the world to bless many more as people hear them and worship with us to them. The word ‘abide’ means... ‘to dwell’ or ‘live’. We named this EP ‘Abide’ because we believe and can’t help but feel with each of these songs, from their foundation and conception to their lyrics and melodies, that they command a great call to abide in GOD - to go to him, dwell with him and live with him. 01.01.2022 Hi Parklands Family! What a ride 2020 has been. We’re so proud of the way our Parklands community has navigated the challenges of 2020. We had to push through barriers of disconnection, sickness, fear and the unknown. Our teams did an amazing job keeping our ministry and our community service going strong. We faced challenges with technology, challenges with ministry, challenges to bring pastoral care. ... From live streaming services and ministry, to zooming, to delivering tens of thousands of dollars worth of groceries and essentials, to setting up Covid-safe lounge rooms each week and connecting in restricted groups we have grown stronger and closer. The generosity shown by our community has been nothing short of amazing. The ability to pull together and work together has been inspiring. The love and faithfulness of all of you has been proof God is moving in our lives. 2021 may be a difficult year to navigate - but we are stronger and more unified thanks to what 2020 threw at us!!
