13.01.2022 How much do I need to exercise each week? - one of the biggest questions on peoples minds when it comes to your exercise goals is how much we really need to be doing each week. Guidelines recommend 150-300min of moderate intensity exercise per week. - what about high intensity? Our focus is always on high intensity WhyBecause it’s 2x as beneficial as moderate. That means you can do 150min of high intensity per week for the same benefit you would get from 300min moderat...e. Better bang for your buck - we pride ourselves in offering 3 x 50min sessions per week of high intensity training. We focus on maintaining heart rates around 80% of heart rate max in order to challenge your anaerobic capacity, building your fitness faster. This means you’ll be hitting the upper recommendations for exercise each week of training. Hit those goals faster with smarter training - you won’t miss out on any of the strength training either. We’re able to merge this into the sessions so you can continue to get stronger and improve muscle tone Curious what one of these sessions might look like? Check out what the Monday crew smashed out (7 exercises, 7 reps, 7 rounds + a whole lot of stair runs ) You can catch us in Roma street parklands every Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6am
