25.01.2022 Welcome to 2021 !

22.01.2022 What an exciting day for our Years 1-6 students who went into their 2021 classes and met their teachers today. In some classes today, teachers discussed the new book pack with students, which were so generous donated by our amazing P&C. At this stage, due to current COVID restrictions and quarantining requirements, the contents of these book packs will remain at school. If COVID restrictions are relaxing, we will send books home for those parents who are keen to cover them.... We understand that some of the COVID restrictions can seem confusing, but please understand that we are following guidance from the Department of Education and NSW Health. 17.01.2022 Well done to all our students, staff and community members for all we have achieved this year! It was a challenging year for everyone but together we made it. From all of us here at Parklea Public School we would like to wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and a wonderful break with your families. We look forward to a wonderful 2021!

07.01.2022 Congratulations to all the students who participated in the 2020 Premier’s Reading Challenge. A massive congratulations to Jacqueline Duggan and Georgi Duggan who achieved a Platinum Award. There were a number of students who achieved a Gold Award and we celebrate their achievement as well.

07.01.2022 We would like to say a huge thank you to our 2021 P&C, especially Alfonso Moreno (P&C President) and Vanessa Fernandez (P&C Uniform Shop Coordinator). For ensuring all things uniforms ran smoothly, the gorgeous welcome packs they gifted to all our kindergarten parents and for being a wonderful support for all our Parklea Public School staff this week. We are extremely lucky to have such wonderful people that love our school just as much as we do!
