25.01.2022 The 2018 Clarendon & Kenworth Klassic has been and gone and what a fantastic 2 days it was. Wed like to say thank you to everyone involved in setting up and organising the event including Bruce and his team and the Sydney/Hawkesbury Antique Machinery Club. A special thank you to Jack, Greg, Manuel, Ben and everyone who put time and effort into preparing the trucks for the show. Also, everyone who came by to check out the display by Parklea, took photos, had a chat with Ray ...or even shared a memory about Phil Cavallaro and his Cabover Kenworth that Ray was able to locate and put on display. 20.01.2022 2019 Haulin' The Hume. Today, staff from Parklea Sand & Soil are proud to participate in bi-annual "Haulin' The Hume" road run. The run down the old Hume highway celebrates NSW's transport history with a large number of historical and commercial vehicles making the trip down through to Goulburn and eventually Yass. Throughout the course of Saturday and Sunday if you're anywhere near the area or along the route feel free to say hello or give a wave.... The event also aims to raise money for ASPECT- Autism Spectrum Australia.
