24.01.2022 Last outing in the bush with no luck on the gold side but finding the old mines is exhilarating for Rick and I.

22.01.2022 This gold was out of rock that most people would possibly throw away because they have recovered the specimen out of the rock and that is that. Some really white quartz you can basically tell that’s it. Other types of rock can have hidden little bits that detectors can not pick up.

22.01.2022 This Transformation on my old Xr8 was probably the most Enjoyable builds iv'e Accomplished. It turned out exactly how i wanted it too. Once the kids came along it had to go and get a family car.

20.01.2022 The pan on the left was the left over quartz that had species crushed out in the dolly pot then put through the rock crusher for maximum recovery. Sometimes i end up with about 4 buckets of quartz to crush into powder then run it all through my small sluice then pan out the concentrates. The photo on the right is one bucket of classified dirt from a prosperous location to further mine.

05.01.2022 What wouldn’t you do for your dad? The old fellas HZ is slowly on the way back to the road. The restoration is slow but worth the time when your putting in all the hard work yourself with Ricky Bobbie being a legend helping with his motor skills and education along the way.

01.01.2022 Testing some ground for a friend of a friend today. Trommel worked perfectly today. There were numerous peace’s of lead shot in the sluice box Unfortunately no fine gold in his ground but lucky for him he is finding big gold deep in the ground.
