25.01.2022 The gorgeous Jack!

25.01.2022 Mr Dude! His first experience of any kind of cross country competition. The first time he has ever strung this many fences together not to mention from the show jumping ring into the cross country. Obviously work to do but how cool is the Dude.?! Double clear and another 4th place.

22.01.2022 Water? No problem mum.

21.01.2022 The Dude having his first go at some bigger show jump fences (80cm - 95cm) & taking them all in his stride. Such a super cool 4yo OTT!

19.01.2022 Tyres, tyres and and more tyres!! The Dude! He would have never seen/done this before. At just 4 years old what an amazing young man he is!

15.01.2022 Some lovely photos of the Dude from Lardner Park Freinds of Tonimbuk CT.

14.01.2022 Jack's first 'competition' environment at Intro level (80cm) Ballarat Hunter Trials and I was so thrilled with how he went. A little bit of footage of him showing what a water baby he is. After doing a clear showjumping round he went straight out on the cross country course and he not only did water fences but ditches, banks, brushes and trakehners all in a bitless and clear! Really excited about our journey together.

14.01.2022 The Dude having a go at his first ever dressage test for the HRCAV online September dressage competition. With sitting and lengthened trot in it I was asking a bit much of him but he was super cool about it all and did a mighty fine job! Still only 4 years old and just 7 months into his training what a super OTT Elvis the Dude is! https://youtu.be/jsoTI_tXCTI

13.01.2022 The beautiful affectionate Dude! Just adore this fella

12.01.2022 Elvis’ second XC outing and he continues to show just what a super cool Dude he is. Such a delight to ride over fences and between fences just sits in a lovely forward but calm canter quietly in your hands. Lovely boy!

10.01.2022 Coloured houses (Jack) . . . . .

08.01.2022 Coloured houses (Elvis) . . . .

02.01.2022 And then straight from the Showjumping into the XC. He gave me a really super, super ride. There is nothing to say but Dude!

02.01.2022 The Dude totally owning his name yesterday at Tonimbuk’s Combined Training competition at Lardner Park. His first competition, his first dressage test, his first show jumping round and his first ribbon! With no more than a 5 minute warm up he managed this lovely test to put him in 4th place in the 65cm class and then to keep our position he did a clear show jumping round. It was not as smooth as we can do but boy he was not stopping at anything nor touching any of those poles! What a super 4 year old this boy is. A long 2.5 hour drive in atrocious weather. An over night stay in a strange place and a dressage and jumping round in the rain on very wet arenas all before 9:30am. A big ask for the young man but he was so good. I could not have hoped for such a great can do attitude. Elvis, you truly are ‘the Dude!’

01.01.2022 The Curli’ Merli’ competing in his first 1.25m class at Yarra Valley Jump Club show jumping competition on 5th and 6th of December. I was incredibly happy with how he jumped. What a super TB he is!

01.01.2022 The super cool Dude Elvis being put through his paces with our jump coach Kate Pither. His first time at Kate’s jumping and he couldn’t have been more delightful to ride. Kate gave him lots to look at and work out with 3 different sets of grids but he didn’t put a foot wrong. Took it all in his stride and was super keen and quick to figure them all out. I feel very lucky to have this super boy in my life.
