Trials will be held on Sunday 6th and 13th December for the following teams:... * 15 & Under * 13 & Under (Open and Development) The 11 & Under Team will be selected in February 2021.

19.01.2022 Junior Match Play is Chockers!!!! Thank you to those who were able to assist us in locating additional junior teams. We're happy to report that all of our pools are now full and no teams will receive a bye. This ensures that every team will be playing over the next four weeks.

18.01.2022 Last night, we saw the big girls come out to play! It was the first night of our four weeks of 18 & Under matches, which saw a further rise in the standard of play amongst our Junior players. We also saw our Parkville umpires being complimented by a number of VNL umpires, which ensured that all of our matches were serviced by the best umpires available.

16.01.2022 Nominations for 2021 Parkville Rep Team Trials are now open The Parkville Rep Team is looking for eligible players who are interested in taking the next step along Netball Victoria's Player Pathway and being part of our Program. Selection trials for the 2021 Parkville Rep Team will be held on Sunday 6th and 13th December at Riverside Tennis & Netball Centre in Ascot Vale. ... Players for the 15 & Under and 13 & Under age groups will be processed at this time. The 11 & Under Team will be selected early in 2021. 15.01.2022 MASK UPDATE AT PARKVILLE NETBALL After Sunday's announcement of the easing of some of the restrictions in Victoria, we need to clarify what our protocols are for the remainder of the Junior Match Play at Riverside. ** Each player will still only be allowed to have one parent/guardian to accompany them into the venue.... ** Any additional parent/guardian will be required to view the match from beyond the fences. ** All coaches, team managers, umpires, parents must check in with the QR Code at their allocated gate. Players are the only ones who aren't required to check in this way. ** Every adult must show that they have a mask before they are permitted to enter the venue. ** All accompanying parents/guardians are encouraged to stand on the distance markers at the side of their court. If you do this, masks don't have to be worn. Anyone standing away from the markers, may be asked to wear their masks. ** Any requests from our COVID Marshals to socially distance or to correctly wear their mask must be followed. These protocols have been set up by Parkville Netball for the safety of our stakeholders - players, coaches, umpires and families. Thank you in advance for your understanding and co-operation.

14.01.2022 Due to a number of factors, we have had to make some changes to our fixtures for Thursday and Saturday that will come into effect for this week. The pools impacted are: Thursday 15 & Under Teal Thursday 15 & Under Blue... Saturday 13 & Under Red Saturday 13 & Under Yellow Saturday 13 & Under Navy Saturday 13 & Under Teal Saturday 11 & Under Blue Please check your fixtures thoroughly to confirm whether your team's game times have been amended. Your clubs should be in contact with those teams who have been moved.

11.01.2022 Fittingly, it was a beautiful day at Riverside to mark the return of Saturday Junior Netball. The sight of our youngest netballers being so happy to see their team mates for the first time in months was the reason why we are doing this. And the enthusiastic cheers after the first goal of the day warmed our hearts. Welcome back

10.01.2022 We have been overjoyed watching the steady return of community netball across Victoria and we look forward to seeing more associations and leagues commence in t...he coming weeks. Effective 11:59pm Sunday 08 November, the 25km travel limit will no longer be in place and the boundary between metro Melbourne and regional Victoria will come down. There will be some changes to indoor community sport venues across metro Melbourne, unfortunately this does not include netball competitions and programs. Non-contact training may occur at indoor venues with a maximum of 20 people, but only if participants can maintain 1.5 metre physical distancing. There are no changes to community netball in regional Victoria. There is no change to community sport for adults across Victoria. Netball Victoria’s Return to Community Netball guidelines will be updated in the coming days. Keep an eye on the https://vic.netball.com.au/covid-19-information We look forward to the further easing of restrictions on 23 November and will provide further detail once it is available.

06.01.2022 Night One, done and dusted!! Tonight was the first night of Parkville Netball since we shut down for the first lockdown! It was great to have so many teams, players, parents and umpires back at Riverside. Thanks must go to everyone in attendance, to allow our games to run so smoothly. We have another 13 days of netball in our Junior Match Play, which is fantastic for all concerned.

While picking up your momento of the historic 2020 SSN premiership-winning season, you can get a photo with our shiny new trophy. So you can be just like Jo, without having to play defence on Janelle Fowler beforehand!!! Get in quickly because stock will go.
