Upon admitting, we ask that all patients bring their medication, including complimentary therapies being taken in the original dispensed packaging, and repeat authority prescriptions to our nursing staff.... We also encourage patients to provide a typed list of current medications being taken from General Practitioners. During your stay with us, these medications will be administered to you by the nursing staff as ordered by your Doctor, and unused medication will be returned to you on discharge. Ask your Doctor if you should take your regular medication on the morning of surgery, or cease taking any of your medications prior to surgery.
