Wow!! 2020 is coming to an end, what a year! 2020 has provided an opportunity for Growth, Reflection, and has forced us to Slow Down in a time when it is thought that 'Busy' is a badge of honour! 'Showing up' to the mat, allowing yourself 1 hour can be the most difficult step, but when we do... we realise how beneficial arriving to the present moment, coming back to centre and connecting with your breath can better assist us to navigate 'Life' on a more connected level. THANK YOU to those of you that have 'shown' up to the mat, whether it be for one class or on a regular basis despite periods of Health Issues, Personal challenges and not to mention the global pandemic (thanks to technology). Yes yes not my finest moment What a blessing it is to share this practice and hold space for you whilst creating this wonderful supportive community. 14.01.2022 Hi Everyone, This Saturday is predicted to be rainy, it may clear up early afternoon but the tracks will be wet and potentially slippery so the event is delayed until Saturday the 10th. We'll email everyone who has purchased tickets with the new dates and if you can't make it let us know...
